Individual Rights and America's Free Will Standing
November 2010 is an omnipotent marker of a perilous crossroad; a point in a journey warned possible but trusted otherwise by the founders of our great nation, whom by their words and through their deeds, united under the absolute truth of a singular principle-individual rights-a principle so vital to the very nature of human kind that it cannot be surrendered by any moral person, not even by the slightest fracture of compromise.
We hold these truths to be rationally demonstrated; just as they were in 1776 and as they are now in 2010 and as they will be for all of time:
-That all human kind is created equal by the law of human nature. A pre-scientific truth and innate in all human kind is free will and the positive, thriving survival of self. Rational intellect therefore calls that under the law of human nature-the birth law of human kind-any act, action, person, or collective of persons to destruct that which is natural and dependent of an individual's exercise of free will and positive, thriving survival of self is evil.
-That all mankind is endowed with certain unalienable rights, led by the fundamental principle of individual rights, and by which all the other rights-man's right to his life, his liberty, his property, and his pursuit of happiness-are joined. These unalienable rights construct a moral code framed in a social context offering choice between independence and enslavement. It is the support of this concept that any and all political or social systems must surrender to moral law; that is, man's individual rights must always prevail because man's survival is the dependent. Individual rights are the indispensable essence of freedom and liberty and can only be secured through one's self-interest, not selfless interest. A man of self-interest holds fast to self-respect and self-support, whereas the selfless man prefers not to think, feel, judge, or act, exchanging self-esteem for the belief that self-sacrifice exalts his human role. The moral obligation of man is to provide for himself through his own rational thinking and his own production. It is the human slayer whose moral principle and value dictates that other men owe surrender of their creativity and labor for reward of those whom abdicate reality, bemoan personal responsibility, and elect non-rational, non-productive exercise of their physical and mental faculties.
-That, to secure our rights as members of human kind living in these United States of America, a Constitutional Republic was instituted among our citizenship-a declaration that mandates limited government and that has been expensed by acres of grave sites around the world with Arlington National the epicenter. The subordination of right to might, forfeit of the individual to the collective, initiation of physical force and coercion, both of which are rapists of free will, is amoral, irrational, and un-American.
America is a nation of individuals voluntarily united to live under the claim and full exercise of their unalienable rights. America is not a nation of a collective. America is a nation of ideas and truth-seeking individuals. America is not a nation of sheep. America is a nation of 300 million voices and each set of vocal chords matter because man's positive survival matters. America's light must not be diminished or dimmed or silenced. Wake up, America! Freedom, liberty, and our very lives are at stake. Be silent no more!
It is time to dispense of the box of crayons and embrace the only three colors that matter: red, white, and blue. It is time to dispense of the labels Democrat and Republican and embrace "American." It is time to dispense of the divide of special interest and embrace self interest, self-respect, and personal responsibility. It is time to dispense of the destructive bait of entitlements and embrace true wealth. It is time--- it is time--- it is time!
What is your life worth? It is either invaluable or it isn't. If your life is invaluable, please read on and join me in reclaiming our country in November 2010 and beyond. If you deem your life any less than invaluable, please read on anyway. Perhaps you will find one word, one thought, one idea, that will help lift your spirit and diffuse the myth that the white noise of Washington has cast; the message that you are not smart enough, you are not strong enough, you will never make it on your own.
If you believe your life is invaluable, if you believe being American is more important than any dissection or partition of the name, if you believe that individual rights are paramount to your positive survival, if you believe that legal is not always moral and that moral must be our headlight, then please join me. Join me because WE are the government. Join me because WE are responsible. Join me because WE cannot point the finger outward any longer. Join me because WE are wholly accountable for freedom.
Please pledge with me.
As creation of an Authority higher than man, as an American citizen, and in activation of my rational thinking and free will:
-I will live by the unalienable and absolute truth of the law of human nature and its offspring fundamental principals, the keystone of which is individual rights; not by how human kind desires life be molded for easement from personal responsibility, individual accountability, discerning judgment, or uncomfortable consequence. We recognize the value of reason, logic, and faith embedded in free will and individual rights.
-I will live by the truth of reality and not by the destruction of the objective or by the whims of the wishful or charms of delusion. I will employ rational thinking so as not to fall prey to blindness for deliberate failure to witness; to ignorance for deliberate refusal to learn; or to fog and bewilderment for deliberate escape from responsibility of choice or action.
-I hold most valuable the fundamental principle of individual rights, the basis of man's positive, thriving survival, and, with that, man's freedom to think, freedom to produce, and freedom to retain the effects of his production. Initiation of physical force-whether by a lowly criminal or a government entity-we deem evil. Any person forced to produce and to sacrifice for and at the whim and robbery (legalized or otherwise) of other persons or entities is condemned to exist as a slave, and a population of slaves is an assured graveyard for prosperity.
-I recognize that deliberately evil persons are a diminutive minority, a measurement that ebbs and flows with the rationality of a culture. It is the appeaser who anoints this evil by his/her intellectual resignation of principles. Such appeasers tend to parade themselves as noble, but we recognize zero nobility in endorsement of a license to oppress. Charity can never be achieved by reaching into another person's pocket, just as the title "philanthropist" can never be bestowed on a mugger.
-I renew my commitment to the greatest wealth of human potential-self-interest. I honor the fact that we currently live free and independent lives as covered by the blood shed by those brave souls who never could know our names but nevertheless provided us the ultimate gift of opportunity through the value they held for their own self interest. Not payment rendered because they were conscripted into service, but willing payment in protection of their individual interest in harmony with their highest values.
-I renew my commitment to protect the fundamental principle of individual rights without yield, without compromise, and without apology. I honor the truth that entitlements are not rights and hold steadfast to the truth that the only rights necessary for positive, thriving human survival-and, therefore, the only rights I will sanction-is that of individual rights, underscored by man's right to his life, his liberty, his property, and his pursuit of happiness. In full protection of this renewed commitment, I pledge to live a life of self-interest, accepting personal responsibility for my choices, and to hold my neighbors responsible for their self-interest and wholly accountable for the cost incurred by their personal choices.
-I commit to direct, open, honest communications, and acknowledge that only fundamental principles, rationally validated, clearly understood, and voluntarily accepted, can create a desirable unity among human kind. I abhor the evolution of words in attempt to disguise, re-clothe, and confuse the truth and the moral.
-I reject any attempt of revisionists to reshape history. Providence willed creation and creation has taken claim of their unalienable rights, making declaration of their inheritance known by institution of a free society under the framework of a Constitutional Republic, a socio-economic structure not for promotion of government but to limit government. Through reason and logic, when the core of our very being is attacked or otherwise placed in jeopardy of securing our nature's rightful protections, I will support action to reinforce the foundation of our Founding principles and values against encroachments of government and distortions of revisionists. I do not condone the discard or amputation of the root, but rather support, if and as necessary, fortification of the strongest defense of individual rights and resolute restriction of a limited government.
-I acknowledge that liberty is a choice and that nothing in life worth having comes without a cost. I acknowledge that freedom to think, freedom to produce, and freedom to keep the product of my production are priceless elements to my most positive, thriving survival.
-I acknowledge that I was not placed on this earth to be slave to any person or collective of persons. To surrender my freedom means I can be of no real encouragement, I can offer no real hope, and I can achieve nothing of real value. And, based on this truth, and in the great, brave American tradition, let it be known to those in government who have become so inflated as to think they hold power over me, enslavement will not be tolerated under any mask, by any threat of label, or by any administration of slayers because I was born free and to flourish I must remain free.
Let this proclamation of America be known: Freedom forever.
I will be silent no more.
